Shipping & Return Policy
Orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days from receipt via USPS First Class Mail for Domestic Shipments and Global First Class Mail for International Shipments.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. We only accept items that have not been used, worn, or washed. Please return your item with a copy of the original invoice to the address below and the reason for your return.
If your order was incorrectly fulfilled or flawed in any way, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 615.469.7926 from 9AM to 5PM C.S.T. and let us know. Unsatisfactory items will be accepted up to 90 days of purchase. We will then send you the correct (or unflawed) item, along with a self addressed/stamped envelope for you to send the incorrect (or flawed) item back to us in.
If the item purchased is unsatisfactory because a different size or item is desired, then you will need to send the item back to us for EXCHANGE ONLY, along with a note specifying what you would like instead and you will also need to include $5 shipping & handling for the first item, $2.50 for each additional item, or $10 for international orders. Please check the store catalog and see if the item you wish to exchange is in stock (sizes). Also, please make sure your shipping address is clearly indicated. Please note that there may be a customs fee if you are ordering outside the United States.
